We want you to be satisfied with MepCalculator.com. If a paid plan does not meet your expectations, you can get your money back within 14 days.

14-day money-back guarantee

You can request a full refund within 14 days of the first payment of a subscription (monthly or yearly), without giving a reason.

Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically. If you forgot to cancel, you can request a refund of a renewal payment within 14 days of the renewal, provided the paid features were not used after the renewal.

How to request a refund

Write to info@mepcalculator.com from the e-mail address of your account, or reply to the receipt e-mail of Paddle. Refunds are made by our reseller Paddle.com to the original payment method, usually within 5-10 business days.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time. After cancellation your plan stays active until the end of the period already paid and is not renewed. When the refund is made, the plan ends at once.

Misuse

We may refuse a refund in case of obvious misuse, for example repeated purchases and refunds, or an account shared with other people.
